One Room Challenge Week 6: The Reveal

There was a lot of blood, sweat and tears to get here today. Though I can’t say it was 100% worth it, I can say that I am 100% happy with every outcome and choice we made for CuzinEd – our mobile air bnb. We took our dated rv that had been through 15 years of renting and brought it back to life. Hopefully, he can give us a few more now. Week 5 ORC

This week Mike put up the shower walls and was going to install the shower plumbing fixtures when we discovered the shower fixtures we chose were a few inches too tall for the shower area. Hopefully he will be able to give some solid time to the rv in the next half because we still have a lot of work to do. This past week we finished the flooring except for three pieces we were short and need to go pick up. I painted the refrigerator panels and wallpapered one strip of…

    Week 1: One Room Challenge

After many renovations and many rooms I’ve finally decided to enter the ORC! I’m excited to challenge myself by creating a unique place in such a short time. Mike and I are no strangers to hustling on projects. In fact, if you’ve been following us for awhile you know that we’ve completed most of our projects pretty quickly. We moved into this house a little over a year ago and in every home I’ve lived in, I’ve always had a garden…even in college. When we did our first walk through I knew this spot on the side of our house would be the perfect area for a kitchen garden or…
